We are currently hiring Big Buddies and School Coordinators for the 2025-26 academic year!

Applications Open: August 30, 2025

Big Buddy

Applications Close: September 23, 2025
Number of Positions Available: ~100

Roles:

  • Mentor a Little Buddy

    • Set up weekly meeting times with your Little Buddy's teacher

    • Plan exciting activities geared towards your Little Buddy's interests

    • Meet with your Little Buddy for 1 hour a week

    • Get yourself to and from meetings

    • Attend events throughout the year with your Little Buddy!​​

School Coordinator

Applications Open: September 16, 2025
Number of Positions Available: ~16

Roles:

  • Mentor a Little Buddy! (same as Big Buddies)

  • Oversee Big Buddies at your designated school, ensuring buddy visits are happening weekly

  • Attend weekly meetings Maintain contact with school administrators

  • Organize and attend events
